WE CAN DETECT YOUR DEVICE
Our hardware tells the Internet who’s around it. So it’s scanning functionality establishes the proximity/attendance feature of the Aqui Cloud system, and reports to a database through a simple WiFi connection to the Internet.
SO WHERE IS THE DATA...
IT’S IN THE CLOUD
AWS is our backbone and data storage repository. Our hardware along with individual wireless devices have the central point where proximity to the scanner is detected/identified and data from individual app use/functionality is recorded. From here, administration management and reporting can take place.
IS THE DATA SECURE...
The Meshlium device scans immediately when plugged in. It needs to be wired into facility network connected to the Internet. Aqui would install prior by going into settings and syncing device to database/cloud.
AT A GLANCE, VALUE FOR YOU
The reporting mechanism will be able to identify current stats and trends for each student specific to various data fields. This includes ADA (Average Daily Attendance) to-date, tardiness, disciplinary actions, point acquisition and intra-student body rankings via percentage or numerical calculations with easy to read charts and graphs.
POINTS, PRIZES & COMMUNITY
An algorithm determines the points earned based on ADA (Average Daily Attendance) performance parameters. This data collection then guides the employee and/or student through the accumulating levels of redemption of points that translate into in-house rewards. The AquiCloud software and hardware is paired with Aquí Club Reward subscriptions for our client users. Any community can benefit from Aquí’s ability to bridge the gap between local businesses that crave new customers and professionals/future professionals that deserve a great rewards apparatus
THE GOLDEN HAND
Some Clients may wish to adopt The Golden Hand incentive program. The integration of this program Aqui envisions a simple “App” bug that Staff can use to “high-five” those who display good behavior or random acts of kindness. The reward for accumulating the Golden Hands shall be controlled in-house and not by Aquí.
