Crave Cafe and Catering is a business with a significant customer base for their on-site lunch, early
dinner pick-up, catering and food truck business features gormet hot/cold sandwiches, daily soups, sides and box lunch packages, with deivery services for individuals and corporate meetings.
An update to the webite footprint and an easy Online Ordering “device homescreen bug” along with
continuing Social Media content production was a natural next step.
The Website update and branding elements needed to be developed simultaneously with the Online Ordering “App” that would be a direct integration with their POS system and Ticket Printing devices in the
store so that orders can be fulfilled in a quick and seamless way, including online requests for catering and food truck requests so that scheduling and availability can be quickly communicated back to the
customer. And yes, we help manage the POS internally.
At the same time, content for their Social Media communication to customers would need to be kept fresh and relevant on a consistent basis.
Updating the Website was the first task, and at the same time creating the same “in-store” menu to be easily accessible on any device at a “touch of a button”. The new Website was installed and an independent but integrated Online Ordering App was developed complete with all menu items, photography/descriptions and easy selection, checkout and confirmation for the customer. Menu and pricing adjustment within the POS are easily and automatically transferred to the App.
Content is then produced on a consistent schedule that both feeds the customer base with company products, events and any promotional material that quickly arises during weekly and seasonal operations.
The fresh look and feel of the Website working together with Social Media posts and a correct App ordering process all the way through to immediate kitchen production keeps Online Orders coming in and ready for pick-up in a fluid and timely manner.
